Hi, I need really some help with troubleshooting here. A few weeks ago I've played raceroom with my league colleague and suddenly my oculus became black. I can hear, that my car goes to the gravel and my wheel kicks left and right. But after putting out my Rift, Raceroom was closed. Then I went to an older nvidia driver and everything seems to be fine. Yesterday the problem re-appears. Same procedure two times. But now I've seen that some things where broken after that: - Crew Chief ignored my button assignment for voice actions - Team Speak: My Mic was muted So I don't know where to search such a problem. After that I had no problems to drive a 50 Min League Race with around 30 Members. I hope, someone has an idea
could crew chief ignoring commands be due to the mike being off ? did microsoft throw any warnings or logs saying this or that service had messed up or stopped ? this could be a myriad of things from a lost dll to driver conflicts etc Andi
Hi Andi, yes, seems to be a problem where I can spent many hours for. I've crew Chief activation on a wheel button and the assignment was lost. Restarting Crew Chiefs sorts it. On screen I didn't see any Warnings from Windows. Is there a folder for an error log file of windows where I can have a look to? Damn
you can look in the event log if you remember roughly what time it happened ..... control panel/admin tools/event viewer Andi
