New laptop with steam already installed.

So, I have got myself a new laptop to get even more out of this game.
The thing is that steam is already preinstalled on the C: / OS drive, but it's barely any space remaining on that driver.. .
And R3E needs quite some room by itself!.

Is it possible to download the games from steam to a different driver despite that steam is located in C: without any issues?
Or should I reinstall steam on another driver before downloading R3E to the new rig?
Anyone that are good with those things?

Yes, you can create a secondary folder for your Steam games.

• Open up your Steam client
• Click the "Steam" menu in the top left corner of the Steam window
• In the drop-down menu that appears, click "Properties" (or Settings not sure what the English name is)
• In the window that appears, select the "Downloads" section
• In this section you'll see a button called "Library folders for Steam", click it
• In the window that now appears, you have the ability to add another Steam library folder

Once you have a secondary folder you will be able to select which folder to use when installing games.

Then Properties will be "Inställningar", Downloads "Nedladdningar" and Library folders for Steam "Biblioteksmappar för Steam". Everything else is the same.
