Hello I bought the Nordschleife today. The Amount of 799 vRP was put away from my account. But the track isn't available in my track list. In the Store the track isn't marked as bought as normally. What went wrong.
Hi and welcome, sometimes the transaction might take a little longer due to the servers involved having to sync your purchase. But if it is still missing after a couple hours I'd recommend contacting the helpdesk here: http://support.raceroomracingexperience.com/ Open a ticket there, describe what happened and give all the related info, like your e-mail address, Steam name, RR name and so on so they can have a look. If sth went wrong they will be able to unlock it for you.

Well, you will have to be a little patient I'm afraid, this weekend is midsommar weekend in Sweden, so the whole country is under shutdown basically and everybody will be sore from dancing around a tree for hours. But they will contact you asap.
