I have been trying out the new beta UI and it's great. Just a little bug I think... when I went into a race with fuel use and tyre wear set to "ON" in the main UI (see picture below): the new UI once the race is loaded shows tire wear and fuel use "Off": In the race itself, use was on as fuel went down and tires degraded... so it seems the new UI is misreporting the settings.
The new UI is not considered stable at the moment, so it's not recommended for serious events like league or ranked races. BUT, you can try it if you want, because someone (accidentally?) leaked the way to do it.
