I love the update, good job ! Their are some issues in the new update. - No car damage (crash, collision, etc) - Only a little tyre wear - Adaptive AI starts at a very very very low level (I overlap in Brand Hatch Indy 10 cars in a 8 minute race) I made 5 races with 5 laps each. Won each race with at least 45 secs to the second, but still very low AI in every race. I like the concept of the adaptive AI but at this low AI it's just boring. But its very funny to drive. The difference between the new physics and the old is HUGE. Cant play the "old" cars anymore. The AUDI 90 IMSA is fantastic.
You might want to delete adaptive ai file and start over. Since there has been such big performance changes in some cars, old stored data is no good no more.
Ok, thanks for the info. I will test this. But what's happened to the gearbox damage ? I am always playing the "Get Real" thing. I see all symbols (engine, gearbox , etc) in the HUD, but nothing happens. In the past I had to learn how to shift the 1992 cars without gearbox damage.
I managed to destroy the gear box in the GT3 Audi today, but that was in a collision with the wall. Not done it in shifting yet, but not run the older cars so far since the update bar a couple of laps in the M1. So damage is still working for me.
I made right now a complete Re-Installation. May be my installation is broken. But thanks for your feedback.
After Re-installation same thing. I can shift at 250 km/h in 6 gear to reverse-gear (H-Shifter) => This has no effect to the gearbox. The car spins around, but no problem to continue. All settings are at the most realistic values. Ok, this was just a test to check the gearbox. I miss this here:
