Problem No email with confirmation code

    Hate for this to be my first post, but after purchasing 1100 vrp's to buy Road America and Corvette C7 I have yet to receive an email with the confirmation code. Is there any info I need to supply to assist in this matter?

    Nothing in spam. Although the transaction did hit my bank

    Thanks man. Went ahead and opened a ticket as well. Sure it will be resolved so will just do some laps around Imola tonight lol

    Hi, Trying tp purchase Road America but can't get past the confirm purchase stage just hangs.
    Tried all the usual stuff, clean install, verification, disabled protection and firewall. Have had no problems in the past.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Do you have Steam-Overlay active in Steam?

    No, but I have the GForce overlay active, ill try that, thanks

    Yes overlays produce sometimes issues with the steam overlay ;)

    I've yet to hear anything from anyone in your company concerning my issue. Is this the way it's going to be....radio silence and hope I'll go away

    I've tried to be reasonable about this, jumping thru all the hoops you guys have asked me to do and still I hear nothing. I even sent you a copy of your company's transaction with my bank showing date and amount withdrawn from my acct.

    Just let me know if you don't intend to do anything about this and it's just my tough luck or help me out...that's all I ask

    The Problem is, that this Forum is from the Development-Team and Raceroom (th Company) are two different teams.

    Don't get me wrong - I'm not related to any of them - I'm just a normal forum-user like you.

    I'm not sure if @Kitsune Magyar, @Robert Wiesenmüller or @Alex Wurst can do anything for you to get that issue done before the weekend?!
