Problem No Response From the Server.

    So i'm trying to create a server and I keep getting No Response. So I figured it was the ports, so I tried TCP, UDP and Both. Still got the No Response. My friend did the same thing and his server worked. So I dont know how to fix this if someone could help me out id like to know.

    I went through all that but I went to my laptop and tried hosting it there and it worked. So its something with my Desktop. But thanks for the help.
