with 1080ti at 4K max ( except reflection and blur) with Nordchleife 24 if i race with my settings I have on all tracks (29AI), I have 50FPS and gpu usage is at 60% and cpu usage is only at 30%. It clearly proves this track is not optimised at all and needs a serious work ! it is the only track which kills FPS. for 60FPS i need to race with 10 AI, but GPU is only at 35%, seriously ???? and if i put reflection and blur at maximum, even if my gpu is at 60% and cpu at 30%, i have 50fps max. Need optimisation. if GPU is not at 99%, game is not optimised. with Project cars 1 - 2 , Assetto, Dirt rally, Dirt 4, WRC 7, Need for speed Payback, Forza horizon 3, Forza 7, my GPU is at 99%!!! DirectX9 seems really outdated A racing simulation is not only physics, i'm very sad
How many cores do you have? The overall CPU load may be misleading. If one or two cores are actually at maximum, but your system has many more, it will report low usage, despite being bottlenecked by single thread performance.
Same issues for me on Nordshleife and the Russian track too. Those are the only tracks so far I have performance problems.
