Hold on, hold on people, this November update was the October update and will almost inevitably become the December update, which in turn will delay the release of any Porsche's until the new year. I hate myself already for even thinking it but, best laid plans and all that, if this is the case then I do hope someone gets their chestnuts roasted. Bah Humbug!
Je lis vos remarques sur l'impatience de certain d'entre vous. Ne vous êtes vous pas posé la question si tout cette annonce autour de la mise à jour n'était pas tout simplement déjà manigancé ? L'objectif étant de créer un tel manque et de frustration que l'on obtient un maximum de ventes dès lors de la sortie des nouvelles voitures ou circuits. Faites en de même, n'achetez rien à la sortie du nouveau patch ! Ou venez sur iRacing comme je le suis également, ce n'est pas le même coût mais aucune mauvaise surprises concernant les mises à jours régulières, ils ont l’électricité ! Personnellement j'aime bien Race Room , je fais partie d'une Team formidable. Je ne lâcherai pas Race Room , c'est certain, mais voilà, c'est Race Room , ils ont leur façon de communiquer qui trahit quelque peu une forme d'amateurisme, et arrêtez de vous offusquer pour des mises à jour retardées. On y prend quand même du plaisir. Le gros manque est la gestion des dégâts qui me fait penser à un jeux d'arcade, si cela était géré, le jeux serait propulsé à des années lumière à ce qu'il est aujourd'hui
Il faudrait peut-être stopper les thèses conspirationnistes aussi. Quand les développeurs nous disent qu'ils donnent leur maximum pour sortir la mise à jour dans les meilleurs délais j'ai envie de les croire plutôt que de penser qu'ils le font exprès. Quant à la question d'amateurisme franchement c'est exagéré, il a été communiqué plusieurs dates, les reports ont aussi été communiqués. C'est juste que les gens s'impatientent rapidement et ont tendance a prendre les "peut-être" pour des "oui", simplement parce que c'est ce qu'ils voudraient lire. As for amateurism, it's really exagerated. A few release date goals were announced, delays were announced too. It's just that people can't wait and tend to take a "maybe" for a "yes", because that's what they would like to read. In the end, we're all waiting anyway
well if there is no update tomorrow this whole mockery thread is justified ... blame it on sector3 for leaking a release date personally i don't care because there is plenty of real life things on schedule all the time, i am happy if I get an update every time but not shocked if it is delayed.. as long as it below wreckfest update schedule those are glacial - but i can understand that RR Fans are upset when they get the runaround .... again
It sucks, but no big deal. If they patch something broken its worse off in the end. People will complain no matter what, even if perfect. S3 can't win other than never telling us when a patch will come....then people will complain about that. It sucks for the S3 guys as well. People seem to forget that. Also, we know S3 dates for a patch are to be taking with a grain of salt, for the reasons they have said before. Don't get yourself too excited too early.
Guess what would happen if S3 would release a patch earlier than announced? Space time continuum collapse maybe?
No, universe laws make this impossible, it can't happen, in this universe at least. But maybe there are other universes with different laws where S3S always release patches before announcements.
Dont give a date full stop. Announce upcoming patch. List some of the features. When? Soonish. When we are happy you will receive it!
