I'd not be surprised if the primary focus is the VR/stereo capabilities of the engine. Looking at its documentation, their view class certainly is stereo aware. https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/API/Runtime/Engine/FSceneView/index.html They also have a "view family" but that is rather generic... Someone essentially would have to add specific tripple support. So a developer could built upon the VR implementation and try to extend it for use in tripple setups. (mod should move thread to offtopic imo)
