Dear Devs and Crew, the two worst running tracks are #1 Nordschleife 24 Hours and #2 Spa Combined (especially at standing start till Eu Rouge) i have a frame drop from 60 V-sync to 53 wich is truely a immersion killer. Nords 24 Hours is completly unplayable on my system for month now and much more worse than Spa.At start 50 fps - on T1 - T2 a dia-show for seconds till the AI knows the wayEven in other curves of the GP section it stutters,wich it does not on VLN or the GP track itself. I have set my rear-mirror to medium and 26 opponents.GFX settings on High.Reducing opponents or GFX settings does not much for fps. So,i think it has something to do with the AI itself. Make my Christmas great again!
Something strange is going on there on some sectors.If i disable car shadows it is gone,but the game looks ugly then.
From my testing, the biggest FPS killer on Nords is "Time progression" set to anything but 0. If you turn it on, you get up to 50-60% FPS drop.
Nordschleife 24 Hours needs fixing. That last sector is very poor. The performance is just bad. VLN on the other hand works well. Yes I do not use time progression.
But,you won't change your GFX settings for every track you want to drive. Solution for me- i drive it in AMS2 till they fixed it.
I think it´s clear these 2 tracks have issues that need to be fixed rather than worked around, similar to the Chinese tracks did a year or so ago. It´s 2 specific sections of the tracks and they affect racing.
