Otterhud locked in widget mode

I’ve recently installed Otterhud dash and was exploring the layout options and entered widget mode which has displayed everything on screen , now I can’t exit this screen it appears to be locked and what ever key I press or mouse button I click doesn’t do anything , including all hot keys ?
I really want to use this hud overlay but I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and nothing works ?
Can anyone help me ?

Hey Michael,

I think from memory, Left hand side, click cog that pop's up, then bottom right click widgets again.

thanks for some reason cog has dissapeared and everything is locked , screenshot shows locked state ?

 

The cog has dissapeared and no hot keys work and its locked in this state , even if i delete program and reinstall it just reverts back to this locked screen/state ?

 

Try Shift and Down Arrow.

Thanks jason for reply, this is where i downloaded program from and i refered to these instructions and re-read hotkeys section after this happened but for some reason nothing seems to work, i will try again tonight and see if i can fix it !!

 

May be on that link, but have you tried: CONTROL+SHIFT+ALT+L
(to toggle lock/unlock)

Then SHIFT-DOWN related to widget mode?

 

Problem solved , it was locked and the hot key enabled me to use the cog again to disable my problem , being calm and not a angry noob really helps to solve problems.
