    UPDATE:

    The Help Desk is back up but unfortunately we lost our entire database meaning all the previous tickets are gone. If you had an open ticket, or one that was awaiting response please submit a new ticket.

    Hi all,

    Our Help desk is currently down due to a hardware failure that started occurring at the beginning of the week. Due to the the raid disks not being configured properly there's no valid backup so we're trying to save the database out of a broken disk which is proving to be challenging. We have few more methods to try before we can be certain for sure.

    It is a very likely possibility that we may not be able to recover the database and all open tickets will be gone. We will inform you of the outcome here.

    hm, just noticed that info by surprise, so I push that Topic a bit...
    Maybe here are a few others that didn't see the info that open Helpdesk-Tickets are lost.

    So open a new Ticket on their Helpdesk if you have an open one, please

    Yea, that's pretty aweful. Hardware failure > major pain in the ass.
    So especially those people with purchasing errors might want to submit another ticket so those issues can be resolved satisfactory.

    id say just make another account proebely lost your one. are you usingn your helpdesk account or your ingame accoount.

    Hi Azfalt,

    As you've noticed we lost the the sign on system that was allowing ingame accounts to work in help desk as well. This will be reintroduced soon though.

    For now however, re-registering is the only option I'm afraid.

    I'm not getting into the game, after entering the login
    He remains on the same screen and does not proceed to the next screen.

    Dear Support,
    since the last hotfix i get a lot of crashs by switching from quali to race. this is excactly the issue you talk about in the last hotfix. before the game works ok. i think i´m not the only one with this problem. do you have any solutions?

    Same problem as Razor got. Different tracks, different cars and the game freezes right after changing from Qualifying to race.

    Hardware:
    Intel i7 4590K
    16GB RAM
    Gtx970
    Windows10 @ 64Bit

    Please explain to me when I'm increasing numbers on spring and bumpers do they soften or harder? Because I don't see anny changes.

    This thread isn't the right place for such questions, it's about the functionality of the help desk. So keep this one clear of such questions please, also in your own interest because people who might be able to help don't look in here very often.

    But yes, higher numbers mean stiffer suspension.
