Pitstop

I have a problem with the stop. There is preparing time (4 seconds) but I don't know why it's like that. I asked other guys too and they said that the way I got to box is correct. What could be the problem?

 

Can you give some more info, what track, car, race session settings etc.
I'm not able to test it tonight, but can take a look and see if I can duplicate it tomorrow.
Or if any other beta tester is on and ready.

 

This time is added if you go to the pit without announcing your stop to your pit crew.
Make sure you assign the correct function in the controller setup ("Request pit in", not "pit stop menu") and press that while on track before you want to pit.

Okay, great, thank you. Can you make a screenshot of the request pit in button? I don't find it in the settings.

 

Pit request toggle is the one to ask for a pit stop.
Pit menu toggle is to hide the pit hud so it's not in the way when you drive.
