Hi, I'm a french user of R3E, i use a high end system (i5 3570k@4.5 Ghz/16 go 2400mhz ddr and Gtx980x2) I rediscovered R3E after the last update and it's GREAT, the driving feel is sensational, more than assetto corsa and project cars (very bad ffb). But there's no SLI support, i try diferents sli bits (0x00400405 - 0x00500005), but menu flickering makes me crazy. I use a 21/9 monitor in 3440*1440 (LG34um95) and my first gtx980 works at 100% with decent graphics, but it's hard to have 60fps. thanks
For the time being don't mess around with nv inspector or forcing any SLI bits. Besides the flickering menus the framerate drops in most cases and other graphic glitches appear. R3E runs better with standard settings (keeping SLI enabled in nv control panel) while just utilizing one GPU. Doing so, one GPU is used at full load while forcing SLI results in a GPU utilization of 50-60% per GPU... There is no real workaround atm
