Hi .. i bought the premium pack and the transaction went fine but i did not see the VRP to access the DLC
can you give us a link of what you've bought? With buying the premium pack you normally don't get vRP but the whole content in game. There is no DLC just an activation of the content in game. Buying vRP is possible at www.raceroomstore.com
If you just bought it in the store and paid it via steam there is nothing you need to do. The Content should be activated as soon the transaction is finished. If that is not the case, please open a ticket on the following link: http://support.raceroomracingexperience.com/ Provide the Informations about the TransactionID and so on in that Ticket. I guess they'll get that sortet rather quick...
