Hi everybody. I have a problem, which is I cannot uploading my laptime in a competition. As I finish my lap, the time will show up for a while, then the time will disappear and an error will come up : "The upload of your performance on the leaderboard failed".

This error is really frustating to see because I want to compete in a competition and this error prevent me to compete.

So I hope anybody can help me to solve this problem. Thank you very much.

check your antivirus .... it worked for me. you need to inform your antivirus not to block race room uploads.

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread
I´m am competing in the new WTCR Leaderboard and i am experiencing the same problem that i had before in the EWtcc Leaderboards:
When i am making a faster or slower lap, in the Motec of my car appears the time difference and a lot of times i am in the green zone up until the end of the lap and it doesn't count the new time.
sometimes i am gaining 0,4 or even more and nothing appens to my time or position.
does anibody experience this now or before?

    Guys.
I am also getting the above message when doing leaderboard stuff.
I've tried adding the folders and apps that can be altered, send traffic, even turned my AV (bitdefender) off completely, but still the problem persists.
    Any other ideas?

hy sorry for my bad English
    for win 10 pc testing
    - Restart in safe mode of Windows **
    - Open Windows Explorer and go to C: \ Programs \ Bitdefender \ Bitdefender Security
    - In this folder, rename httpproxy.dll to httpproxy_old.dll
    - Close everything and restart normally Windows
    - Then as soon as the computer has restarted and the session is open, open Bitdefender then click on "Settings"
    - On the "Update" tab, uncheck "Update automatically", choose in the menu "Until reboot system"
