I purchased the complete content package Saturday, and now it says I do to have any of the licenses. To use any cars or tracks in the package, it wants me to spend and buy each piece of content again.I have included the info from my receipt. Date issued: 24 Nov, 2018 @ 2:07pm PST Payment method: Steam Wallet Is there anyway to validate, or re-download the licensed content? I don't even see a place to check owned content on the webpage or in game to verify that I had purchased. All I know is I have this receipt. And Since it was an ingame purchase (not on the Steam store), will Steam refund, as I have seen people saying that it may be the only way to resolve the issue?
I'm having the same problem and the purchase was also on Saturday !! I bought with funds from the steam wallet, but steam is not giving any support in this case, nor refund! Frustrating!!! I bought, soon the servers fell, I received no code and no content was released !!!
The devs are working hard to recover the lost purchases, and they appear to have done so successfully, at least for a first part of the data that got lost during the server problems. Could you two please check if the content is unlocked for you now, or if there's vRP in your in-game account (go to 'Portal', in the upper right you can see the current balance). If that ain't the case, let us know and we'll figure it out. Best regards Christian
I too have not had any success with the fix. Still unable to use the content I paid for... and no credits.
Are you associated with the dev team? And will my ticket be looked at, as it has all my relivant information reguarding my purchases.
Still waiting on support. I have checked the support desk with the ticket I filled and nothing.... I paid nearly $100 on Saturday, and other than a "go check if it's in your account" on the forums, nothing! Serious buyers remorse here. I am heading to bed, and tomorrow I will decide how I will move forward. This is not customer service... This is customer dis-service!
Hello, sorry to hear the issue hasn't been resolved yet. Unfortunately not all purchases that got corrupted could be restored automatically. So the helpdesk tickets that are still pending have to be resolved manually, which just takes a while. I am in the same situation, Purchased the whole pack and has now disappeared. I have all the receipts in my steam account and nothing in the game. Have raised a ticket so I hope it gets solved soon

It seems to be resolved for me as well. For future, and for a better customer support situation, when you submit a ticket it should send you an email that a ticket has been received. Also, a pinned post... just a couple of lines, explaining that a crash occurred and they are working to have the situation resolved, and will look at individual tickets once the overall situation has been corrected, would go a long way. Leaving customers in the dark is a customer service disaster.
Hi @publicsafety firstly, thanks for confirming it worked on your end now. For the rest, I totally agree. I know it's small consolation, but as you might know we're about to release an update tomorrow, so everyone is busy finalising stuff for that. That combined with the fact this server meltdown occured on a Saturday night (and the omnipresent lack of staff, niche game - small team) made for an unfortunate overall situation.
