Purchased Spa - Steam Error on Purchase But Funds Were Deducted

    I just tried to buy Spa, but got an error on purchase. Nonetheless, the funds went off from my Steam Wallet.

    Can anyone assist with this?

    @ Anyone from Sector 3 if you were wondering why there are 2 same tickets from me, the first time it hanged so I refreshed and re-submitted, and then got a confirmation mail a few minutes after that my first one went through anyway.

    OK so I re-purchased it now because everyone is using FR2 on Spa and I couldn't wait any longer.

    Still want the refund, though.
