That means you got a time penalty. Maybe this is because you didn't do a correct pit stop. For a mandatory pit stop, you need to change your tires.
It's a pity of step to haven't a log or an summary of the laps by selecting the racer at the end of the race in the summary board.

Mandatory pitstops mean you must change at least 2 tyres. No need for refueling. Make sure you don't exceed pitlane speed limit, use the pit limiter. I can't think of anything else atm. Would be awesome if you could upload a video on youtube and link it here so we can see it.

Before without changed tire 3eme in race, on summary board last with 1.30.00 added. Oh now I get it haha Yeah you must change at least 2 tyres to make it count, 4 tyres and/or refuelling are optional. Every time you skip a mandatory pitstop the game adds extra time to your total time at the end of the race. Same with penalties.
