Problem R3E graphic stuttering

    System Hardware:

    Display: BenQ - xr3501
    Windows 10 Pro
    i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz, 4200 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
    (RAM) 32.0
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
    Driver up to date.

    Game has micro stutters any track any car. every corners & straights. My FPS stays around 180 high graphic settings & 400 on lowest. AC, RF2 & iRacing all run smooth. Hoping someone has an idea of what the problem might be.

    Things i have done so far:
    install and reinstall R3E.
    Lowest possible Graphic settings.
    Running in Window mode
    Running in full screen
    update nvidia drivers
    dropped to single monitor

    go into the Nvidia 3d settings and set power savings to "prefer maximum performance" to keep the driver from parking un-used cores between frames. This has helped others with 1080 cards.

    Download nvidia driver and do clean install.

    If you have a Hard Drive monitoring application, make sure you switch if off! As it will stay checking your drive periodically and will use lots of Kernel CPU....thus the stuttering
