Problem R3E refuses to detect Simagic hub (USB)

I have a simucube 2 ultimate and mounted a Simagic hub (USB) on it. It works perfectly in AC & ACC. But in R3E controller setting I can't assign any botton from the Simagic hub (USB).
I think it's the same problem like this one:

Have you checked that steam hasnt hijacked the controller? Steam/settings/controllers

How do I know that? It shows up in steam controller setting “detected contronllers” and works fine for Assetto Corsa & Assetto Corsa Competizione

 

Just uncheck it in steam and see if that changes anything
