Race room + open vr?

Hi all it's been a little while since I've been on, I recently upgraded my OS to Windows 11 and since then I've had nothing but bother so much so that I've had to reinstall Windows 10
But long story short I've had to reinstall all my games including R3E, So I race in VR all the time and I love the immersion but now when I run R3E I have to have the Oculus app running as well as Steam and Steam VR It runs well apart from the menu screens they stutter quite a bit, but I'm almost sure that I used to run the game with open-composite or open vr but I can't remember how I did it lol so if anyone has any ideas can you let me know please
