Problem RaceRoom does not use exsiting Profile

    Hello Raceroom Support & RaceRoom Community,

    I am currently facing following problem. I downloaded Racerroom the first time in 2015 over my Steam Account. Within this download, a RaceRoom Profile "Plankton86" was created.

    Unfortunately, my PC was not able to handle Raceroom back then so I could not really get into the Sim.

    After 6 years I downloaded Raceroom again on my new PC. I used exactly the same Steam Account like in 2015. After the first start, the game wants to create a new Profile again ("Plankton86_0"). Everytime I try to activate this profile and add my Email Adress, I get the information that this Mailadress is already used. I assume this is caused by the old profile created in 2015. (see Screenshot attached).

    I really like to purchase the Premium Pack and get into the Ranked Races. Is it possible to either reactivate my old profile can be activated or deleted, so that I can start racing?

    I already created two tickets at the RaceRoom Racing Experience HelpDesk (Ticket No. 9217, 9221) over a week ago but I did not get any feedback yet.

    thank you a lot for your support. I was finally able to add my Mailadress zu my profile. Let the Racing begin. :)
