I think we already clarified that it is not true. Currently it is only possible to buy RRE content in the following ways. If I missed any please correct me. All current packs and individual cars and tracks: RRE store - payment via VRP or Steam wallet with no regional pricing. Volume discount and discount on duplicate items (same car or track in 2 packs) apply. Older exclusive packs (DTM experience, ADAC 14/15): Steam store and other online steam code stores - regional pricing available. No volume discount and no duplicate item discount. DTM 92 pack and Audi TT are sold on both platforms but at different prices.
I think the main difference is the regional prices. In my case, is too much expensive buy with EURO or dollar prices. Even if i buy packs with duplicates items in Steam is much cheaper than buy with discount in RR store.
