Raceroom starts to load then stops

On steam raceroom and from pc. I click play and it starts to load but stops and the steam button goes back to play. aways does the same thing. Any help much appreciated.

 

Things you can try:
- verify Raceroom files in Steam;
- rename Documents\My games\SimBin folder (any name will do, it's to make the game start with all default settings).

 

Thanks for the help but it didn't work. I found the error. It says MSVCR100.dll was not found.

the MSVCR100.dll was not found error came when I went to the file folder and opened RRRE.exe
Every other steam game that I have works great. it's just raceroom. While in the folder I also installed the launcher. I downloaded MSVCR100.dll but it said it was already installed. A recommendation was made to install it in raceroom folder. Always the same thing. Raceroom always worked fine. one day it just stopped launching. I tried everything that i could find suggested as a fix. I uninstalled and reinstalled. still the same problem. has anyone else had this problem?

 

I think this file is a part of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable, try to reinstall it.
