Hello, after I change my card to r9 290x to 980 ti raceroom won't start with a crash and it shows me the error in appdata/simbin/crashreport but I can't open because it's .dmp file and I don't see to download an app that can open it. So I try to open as administrator but start with black screen, I try to ceck cache of the game already twice but it's the same, please help me Edit:Here is the file crash
Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData try deleting graphics_options.xml May work may not, just a shot in the dark!
If the game loads but shows a black screen, try the following: · Right Click on the game in the steam library. · Click "properties." · Click "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..." · Enter "-cefNoGPU -cefNoBlacklist" without quotation marks in the text field. · Click Ok. · Start the game. This disables hardware acceleration in the menu, which can cause this issue.
I'm having this problem tonight, game worked fine a week or two ago when i last played it. Black screen and i can see the cursor but nothing loads. Task manager says not responding. Tried your -cefNoGPU -cefNoBlacklist suggestion but that didn't do the trick, also verified the cache files and restarted steam. I'm on W7 with an i5/ GTX960 combo. Only thing that changed since i last played was that i updated my nvidia driver to the latest one. edit, solved it. It was my wheel screwing things up. Turned it off and on again and then the game did load all of a sudden (GT3 RS V2).
It takes forever for me to start it up and even then it just won't I tried everything, I searched all the solutions and tried them, I uninstalled and installed the game 13 times and nothing will work.
