Bug Random no response from pedals

I'm having a wierd problem that i need to report. I'm getting no response from my pedals in races for roughly 5 secs rendering me unable to accelerate or brake and then they return to normal after the 5 seconds by which time it had already cost me a position or more. Its only happened twice, once in 2 races in the last 2 months, which is not often when you factor in about 20-30 hours play but its happened in league races which now gets me worried if and when it'll happen again. Is this a known bug?

I've had my fanatec v3s since April and have had no problems until September 2nd when this first occurred and again last night October 18.

Guess you don't happen to still have the log files of the first one, but maybe the one from yesterday?

 

No not the first but i do have the second

Fanatec Support always tells us to try another USB-Port on the PC, and avoid USB 3 (blue ports).
Maybe you could try that, but you might never notice the Problem again considering the rarity of it occuring.

 

USB port may be weak or overloaded. Try another USB port, try to remove unnecessary USB devices.
