So many little issues after a fresh install its not funny.... Last one im dealing with is regarding the poor controls implementation ... why does it say my podium is disconnected and yet i can assign it ingame...this causes all the settings on advanced settings to go beserk and making cars oversteeer like mad at slight input...specially noticeable in GT3.
This looks like some ID mismatch but im not suposed to go mad editing XML documents by hand... any valid reason for the game saying device is missing ?
Hi, there were some issues with these default DD profiles, but I think they should have been corrected by now. So what I'd suggest would be deleting your game documents folder (Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience) and checking the game's cache files in Steam (right click -> properties -> local files tab). Also doing a reboot of your PC if you haven't in while is advised. After that just launch the game normally and it will create a fresh documents folder. Also mind the commands on-screen, there should be a first time installation dialogue asking you to specify your controller and such.
i did a fresh install of windows cant be cleaner then that i supose Does game cache from steam get stored locally or does it download it from steam itself ? if it downloads it then i can try that but if local then no :/
@Lino Carreira if you navigate to the assignments menu (below), can you see any assignments which show as not detected?
