    How does te the system work. Yesterday I raced in the Porsche competition. The First race I went from 7th finishing 2th without any incident. Race 2 I was taken out by an other driver in the first lap. Now my rep is gone down...

    Well generally the fewer incident points the better. Then something like the number of corners/the distance/duration driven during the race/something along those lines gets factored in which is why that second race will have cost you quite a bit. Collecting say 5 incident points during one lap is obviously worse than collecting 5 over 20 laps, just sucks when having a wrecked car or a loss of connection.
    The maximum reputation you can gain in a single race is also limited so you probably just lost more in the second race than you gained in the first
    Edit: also just fyi even in the first race you had 6 incident points
