I'm trying to use my Elgato HD60 capture card to record some gameplay video but the game is running at 75hz and so it won't work. RRE launches but the screen has a green tint and nothing shows up in the elgato software (Says that I need to change my game settings). I've tried to change the in game settings but I get no option to drop it to 60. Any ideas?
Apologies for wasting your time. I just found the config file in my documents and manually set it to 60.
