Problem Saved championships missing since last hotfix

Hello,

All my saved championships are missing after the latest hotfix.
When in game, I click single player -> championship, then there is just the screen where you can create new championship, but no possibility to load any previously saved championships.
Anyone else experiencing this or any ideas how to fix this?
I've tried to verify the integrity of game files with steam, no problem there.

Same here. No option to load my saved championships.

 

I had this issue after the patch recently, don't think they can be restored any way
