I am about to purchase the Premium pack but I have a question mark, since we are aiming to play with my kid on a dedicated server I will host, I was wondering if there was a way he could access the content I purchased while we'll be playing or if the only way we could play together would be to make double purchases. I bet it's the case and my 2 cents is that the business model is not adapted for that kind of usage. Thanks.
He can access and use your content on his pc, but I doubt he can do so at the same time as you. You would need two accounts and the same content on both to be able to race together online, and this is how it works with every game that I know of.
i dont know if this works but have you added him as family on steam ..... ? i doubt it will , and it wouldnt have worked even with gtr2 dvd, yep hed have all the content but only one of you would have had the mp code so its not the business model....... you both cant eat all of the same easter egg.... Steam family sharing doesn't work with RR either, due to the fact that you're using an account that is independent from Steam.
