As the title says The Sim loads and plays fine but if I try to access the main options screen from anywhere in the Sim ...it crashes and sends me a crash dump report I have done several Verify integrity file checks and also done several complete uninstall and re-installs but the problem is the same everytime. I run Windows10 64 bit .... I have dual sli gtx 980Ti cards, I have tried in both single and SLi mode. I am at a complete loss as to what to do. Anyone got any ideas or can even help ? many thanks

Thanks Paul...it was one of the first things I did but made a post here too hoping someone may have an answer too. Still yet to hear a reply from support.
