In case you haven't seen it yet sim-plicity is introducing a few new DD kits with 7, 10 and 12nm servos. from what I can see they will be offered in two versions, C with a 20,000 cpr encoder and a C+ with a 8M encoder. The pricing on the units looks decent, especially when comparing to what it would cost to get a 13nm Accuforce from the states. Hope to see some reviews soon.
I've had my eyes on there products for a bit. Could you help me out with a few questions? I know nothing about dd wheels and what is needed? I'm looking at the 10nm dd base. https://sim-pli.city/collections/all/products/sw10c-10nm-direct-drive-wheel Is this a complete system minus the rim or would I need other parts? Cheers
It is a complete system minus the rim. I would suggest to wait for a review since the wheel seems to be using other hardware, fimware and software than the simucube that is used with the 20+nm wheels.
