I have just bought content to take part in the rookie and low reputation ranked servers, but since i have never played ranked before, I dont have a rank (reputation) and cant even join any of the servers. In my profile it says that my reputation is " - " without there even being the default reputation of 70. Does anyone know a way to fix to this issue? (sorry for it being in general discussions, i cant find a way to delete this) Edit: The new no requirement servers worked and i can now take part in other servers as well. Do not use "Only eligible" filter, instead try all servers one by one. There are a few BMW@Suzuka servers, one of them should let you in. If none of them does, then you probably need to contact Chris(CaptainCoffee) on Raceroom discord: https://discord.gg/fUT4Bdw
Yeah, it looks like there are no servers currently that will allow a new player to enter. I tagged Chris and hope he will fix this.
Thank you for the help, I really appreciate it. I now have opened a customer support ticket. (Just as an info: I tried to join every server one by one and didnt use the only eligible filter, but as you said, currently none of them work)
