    I seem to of made a mess with sounds,like backfire and things ,can someone take a screenshot of original please all sounds

    what have you done with the sound-files?
    have you tried "verify Steam Cache" - it should redownload missing files...

    Reading the description again, Dan might actually mean the sound options.

    Dan, if you want to reset the sound options to default, go to Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData and delete the file called audio_options.xml. The game should create a fresh (default) one when you start it after that.
