I bought this Corsair Void Dolby 7.1 headset and can't figure out which is the correct setting in the sound menu of the game, is it Dolby Surround, Headphones or 7.1 Surround?

In game definitely 7.1. In Windows, it depends on how that specific headset works, or rather what it allows. Ideally, you'd want to set the speakers in Windows to 7.1 as well, but as I don't know this specific headset, I can't tell you if it is possible to do with it.

Thanks, in windows 10 playback devices it's set to the specific headphones, and there is also a corsair software, in that I set them to Dolby.

As Robert said (;)), 7.1 is what you should select in the game :)

It's a nice gimmick but not an experience changer really, don't stress about that.

It was a joke and I wasn't really talking about the aural experience ;) (I'm using Dolby Headphone and I'm quite happy with my positional audio.)
