I don't know if you can. But it would be a good thing if steam could recognise content bought in R3E store as well. More could give reviews on those DLC's on steam that way!
You have them in the game, so you launch the game and use them. They aren't seperate games, to acces them go to the main menu and move your mouse to the top. You can pick from the experiences there. As far as dtm1992 goes, that just unlocks the cars and liveries when you pick them in practice/race That should answer it for you I think?
If you purchased from within the game you did not purchase from steam, there is no key for that, But I do agree that it would be good to have steam reconized the content you have but I am not sure how this could work since for example: you can purchase a single car in Dtm 1992, does that mean steam would show that you own it even though you only own one car? It's complex as its a modular game and not the standard Dlc purchase.
