i am hoping this can be fixed. I play in VR. The issue is i cannot get the ingame wheel to match my OSW rotation, Whatever i do, Whatever i set it at. If i set it to fixed, obviously the ingame wheel stays fixed. If i set it to Match setup - it doesn't match setup. Whatever degrees I set in MMos - the ingame wheel will rotate quicker, so even if i set it to 360 degrees to match the ingame wheel animation, it will still rotate quicker ingame. If i set it to custom, and set the degrees ingame to whatever, say 540, for the hillclimb car, and set my MMos to 540 degrees, the ingame wheel still rotates round quicker to a 360 degree animated rotation. pleeeeeeeeeeease can this be fixed.
Ok this is a tough one as I don't think we have any betas or Devs using an mmos based wheel. When you have the input meter showing does that match your real wheel? Or is it just the graphical steering wheel that's not right?
just the graphical. I checked by changing camera angle so i could see the front wheels move ingame, and they match my Mmos steering rotation, whatever i set it at. (and yes input meter matches fine)
Ok. I'll double check that it's not also happening on my TM wheel (i race on a screen with in game wheel off) and if it's only happening with the MMOS wheels then I'll put a report in. Thanks for the feedback
That fixed it. But because i drive in VR, not seeing arms there makes it a bit strange. So yes, for whatever reason it does not like it with arms. What does the game do normally, do the arms work over 360 degree rotation?
oh right. well it'd still be good if i could use the arms even if it only works for 360 rotation, as you rarely use more rotation than that ingame anyway. For VR users the arms do help, for me anyway.
