For about three weeks, after one of the latest updates, I've had stuttering when I race at Sonoma and S-ring. The framerate is about 50% lower than what I get with other tracks, also. Other large tracks, like Bathurst, Slovakia Ring or Suzuka don't seem to be affected. Have you modified these two tracks in any way?
Hey, same problem here. Paul Richard isn't running that well, too. on the big tracks like Bathurst or Suzuka I've about 60 FPS. Even on Maccau with all the buildings and so on I've about 60 FPS. But at Sachsenring and Sonoma the framerate is droping to 25 FPS in many corners. And at a few places it's up to 60. Thats a bit strange. It helped me a little bit to lower the level of detail of the track and to turn off the track animations in the video settings. Maybe lowering the shader quality could be a option, too, to gain some FPS.
