Hi, my steering wheel just broke a few days ago. I paid 200 vRP to enter Suzuka 2h race but you can easily understand that I won't be able to race the D day. I want to know if there is any possibility for me to be refund or if I just lost 2 euros because of planned obsolescence? PS : I know it's probably the wrong place to send it but I didn't find any e-mail to send it on RaceRoom shop and I hope some of you have already been refund by the past and can help me therefor.
