Hi again Georges. Yes that's the one. But it needs to be from the time the problem occurs E.g. when a player tries to join and fails, then I'll be able to see the reason on this server side log. This one is only showing the activity between 13:34 to 13:45. The player logs are not from this time. Any chance I can get one of your friends to reproduce it now so we have a new dedi game log you can send me?
This is totally new. I have installed the game again, I do not have more files for this I will ask in the group
No this is the correct file. What it contains changes everytime dedi starts running. I just need it to be from the timeframe when a player that could not join.
Thank you guys, Can you please confirm that a player was trying to join but failed during these 3 sessions? The first batch shows 2 players successfully racing and doing laps. No errors. 2nd batch shows 1 player with no errors. 3rd batch shows no player activity or errors. What is odd however is the fact that marcels log shows that he gets disconnected at 20:12 and unfortunately the game.log from the dedi ends at 20:10 so it did not log what happened on dedi side. If you confirm that there was indeed players who tried to join but couldn't then I would like to teamview into the dedi machine if possible please.
Good Morning Sonat, Here summarized yours info The two people who were in the server that was I Marcel was the last one still gives tested and could not get in! And what do you mean by your last sentence??? Grt Georges
The problem is that there are no errors just regular activity in the logs. The only time I can confirm that someone tried to join and failed was Marcus at 20:12. But the game log from dedi ends at 20:10 so it didn't capture any activity. Missed it by 2 minutes basically. That's why I needed a confirmation about whether a player tried to join and failed during those times in the 3 logs you sent.
Connection attempt at 15:14, George will send copy of server logs made just after the failed attempt.
Thank you very much guys. This confirms that the dedi never gets the requests from clients. - client sends request server 78.21.22.183:60000 - nothing appears on the serverside - client fails to join. This is the case both for Marcel and Raaf and the previous examples. The only time this happened in our experience is when port forwarding was not set up properly. So I would double check that. However, since you mentioned that the problem only happens with players from The Netherlands, and we confirmed that players from other countries and sometimes other ISP's from Netherlands can join, I suspect something very specific in either the router or ISP side. Is it possible to teamview to the server to take a closer look? Teamviewer is a nifty tool that provides remote access so I can under your supervision go in and take a look at things.
