Prior to the current Sector 3 Studios RaceRoom, there were 2 standalone free games released by SimBin (before they closed down at the time) called "RaceRoom The Game" and "RaceRoom The Game 2". Both you can find videos of on YouTube. However, neither work any more, as the raceroom domain now supports the current RaceRoom game instead, and the games both try to connect to the no-longer-existing site/web service. Does anyone know if there's any hacks/patches to get them working standalone? I know the content was ported over into Race 07 (and it's various add-ons), but I collect every F1 game, and both games had the RaceRoom RR1 car in, with original F1-inspired liveries (that were changed in the Race 07 add-on to competition winning liveries). Just curious, but not very hopeful! I know they're based on rFactor, but I don't want to port the content over, just run them, if that's at all possible.
