Hi all, I have been playing a lot of project cars until recently and have come over to r3e for a change of scene. I have a g29 and in PC set the d pad to glance left, right, up and down. I have been able to set glance left, right in r3e but not up down, is there a setting for this? I can't find one.

    Cheers

Thinking of the top of my head I believe there is one. "Look up"/"Look Down" I think it is called?

Welcome to the bright side, of AI's! :D

Not sure, but I don't think I've seen this option in R3E.
All you really need is left and right. :)

There is no Look Up/Look Down button combo.

Can't wait to see the marvelous sights that await us up/down there... :p

Seriously, am I the only one not getting the use of this? I mean look down maybe, when your view is real close and you wanna glance at the dashboard, but look up?

Not sure of the need for up/down glance either but surely it's a very easy thing to add to the game? Everyone should have the ability to check out their own crotch while driving.

@Christian Göpfert - one of my favourite movies, that!

The reason for looking up is to see the lights at the start of the race, if you are positioned awkwardly on the grid.

As for looking down, well that's anyone's guess!

Never been that far up front in the grid, so I hope you understand that I didn't even think of that.
For starting purposes I'd much more appreciate if they added a pair of binoculars so I can see the lights from back where I am. :D

You sir should applaude yourself for having impeccable taste. Top 10 list movie, probably even top 5 and surely my favourite gangster flick.

As for up/down, I think so too, should be an easy addition and I'll add it to the internal request list where it's less likely to get burried.

The look down option would just give a bit of variety, atm from in car view I can only see the top half of steering wheel, will like to see it all if I want to. It can also give your car a different perspective from other views as well, just like the look left look right.
