Before, I always had v-sync enabled (fullscreen mode) and the game was smooth. Recently I started noticing stuttering and a drop in FPS. If I disable v-sync, I average 140 FPS no stuttering, but my graphics card temperature is 85С:eek:(with v-sync turned on 68-72С).

Is there any way to fix this? Im dont use Otterhud or another overlay

I'd try setting a limit to FPS. It's in nVidia control panel.

Tried it, didn't solve the problem :(

The settings show 1440p(59hz). Tonight I will try to fix it at 59 FPS, maybe this will somehow fix it.

Is your monitor set to 60Hz or 59Hz in the Windows / Nvidia driver settings?

To be honest, I can't remember. In the game the counter shows 60, so I think in the settings it's 60 too. Where can this setting be made 59?

Well, if it shows 60Hz everywhere, then it's set up correctly. I would avoid setting it to 59Hz anywhere because this can lead to problems like yours.

What's your CPU and GPU load like at the point you get the stutter? If you hit 100% or near in some situations that's where the stutter comes from. If you use V sync it will "lock" to 60, but crucially, if you dip below the 60 at all it then locks to 30. You see a big stutter as it goes between the two.

nVidia has an alternative sync mode, called "Adaptive". It works as Vsync when your FPS is enough to hit your monitor's refresh rate, but when it drops below that, it switches to unsynced.

I'll have a look at that. I assume you then turn off the vsync in game?

Yep, that's right - the image has started to interrupt. :(
Checked - the video cards and CPU are never more than 85% per cent utilised. The race always has a stable 60 FPS, the replay also has 60 FPS, but stutters when the camera moves fast.
