Weird problem (clutch?)

Can anybody tell how to fix this problem? It is like pushing clutch down, but I only push throttle, and it release that when I lift the gas pedal.

For the author of this video the problem was in settings of clutch sensitivity and dead zone.

 

It seems like your pit speed limiter is enabled. Check your keybinds.

 

I also had that problem with my Fanatec V3 pedals.
Just give the clutch pedal some percent on lower deadzone in the game. 3% are enough for my setup.
