What programme to transfer RaceRoom from laptop to Huawei P10 mobile

How do I transfer RaceRoom from laptop to Huawei P10 mobile? What's the programme? I'm running Windows 10 on a Toshiba laptop. I can't download RaceRoom on my mobile as it's a massive (26Gig) file and I'm worried it'll not work. I'm using steering wheel and pedals.

RaceRoom isn't a mobile game so I don't think you can play on a phone.

I've seen it work but I mean to 'show' RaceRoom on my mobile using a Virtual Reality headset rather than 'transfer', still actually running the RaceRoom on my laptop.

Maybe a streaming program, but there are much more knowledgeable people on here than me hopefully they will chip in.
