Which controls to pit in VR

I am a long time player, I avoid games that have pit because I can not fathom which buttons to use and how to start the refueling etc?

 

If you use CrewChief you can do it all by voice.

If you are not a fan of pitting then i guess pit request and speed limiter should be enough for you. Rest you set in pitstop presets, before a race. Set value then click it, pit crew will do whats green (confirmed)
