Bug White screen and i loss a lot of points

Hi.
I was in a race on suzuka with f4, and out of nowhere the game screen went blank, and obviously I couldn't continue playing, as I had to close the game.
After that, matchmaking dropped me by 7 license points. it is very unfair.

can i report it somewhere?
